Firm Focus Neck Mask glides on smoothly and soaks into my skin. It isn't sticky or messy. It feels luxurious. After only a few applications and a few weeks, my neck lines appear more smooth.
I only used it twice before the pump malfunctioned. I have pumped, twisted, pushed and pulled, but all I get are a few air bubbles. Any suggestions?
At 1st I wasn't sure it was doing anything but I think I see some improvement. The consistency is weird but I've gotten used to it.

I could tell a difference the first time I used it. I had some problems with the pump however customer service was a big help and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with their response. I am waiting on a new bottle, but the times I have used this neck mask has really made a difference. My neck is smoother and lifted a bit. I learned through reading information on your website about the power of gentle massage. So if you do the gentle massage with the firm focus neck mask, you will get really good results. I will purchase this product again.

I actually hate giving a review at this time only because I have only been using the product for about a month. But, I have used many of your other facial products and have always been very satisfied .I am blessed with very good skin even at 65. But, I also take very good care of my skin no chemicals no injects etc..Each evening I do facial yoga massage on my face and have added this mask at the end before going to bed. It looks amazing right after I put it on but, the next day it looks the same.It only works at that moment. I realize again it's only been a month but, if it was going to work you would think I should see some improvement by now? This product is a bit pricey and I'm not really sure if I'm going to invest in another round. I'm would be willing to spend the money if I really thought it was doing anything to improve the tightness on my neck. If it looked like it does once I apply it later on it would be worth the money.... So choose wisely. Maybe other's are having better results but for myself it's been disappointing

Just started using this, but after a few days I like the results I see. Anither product of their I will continue to buy.
My overall experience at this point is disappointing. I never really got to use the product because the pump broke. It fell over on the bathroom sink and it wouldn’t work any longer and I had to pry it open to get any product out.I’m not able to really attest to how good it works overtime because the packaging isn’t adequate. I think it’s a lot of money to spend for packaging. That’s faulty.
